Family can now see more information than ever, all completely configurable by you within the family options in the settings menu. You can now give family members the ability to see the following:

We forsee that this update will help our domiciliary care clients communicate effectively with clients family members/next of kin regarding their loved ones day to day care, updating them in real time and most importantly ensuring peace of mind. Family can now login whenever they like and view the status of their loved ones latest visit, how they were, what care/support was provided and any issues they need to be aware of.
