November New Feature- Customer and Family Support Tickets


Support Tickets- New Feature
Due to popular demand we have now rolled out a Support Ticket system for customers and family. You can now create a support ticket within the system for managing customer/family enquiries. This can be found in the top right-hand side of the header and will indicate the amount of tickets awaiting your response. 

Support tickets have also been added to the new family login so that family members and clients can raise support tickets with you automatically without the need to contact someone in the office. This can then be responded to by staff in the office whenever is convenient.
We hope that this will assist our clients in managing clients accounts efficiently and effectively, improving communication and helping them meet their CQC KLOEs.
