OnePlan would like to extend a warm welcome to the newest member of our team, Connor, in the role of Technical Support/Account Manager.

Connor is an excellent addition to our team, having an extensive background and varied experience within the care industry. Connors passion for care quickly saw him progress to Team Leader in his first care role, before going on to manage several supported living services and outreach clients for over 4 years. Most recently, Connor has added to this wealth of experience in his role as Registered Manager of an Extra Care scheme, managing an over 55s retirement complex.

Additionally, Connor has been an active member of the Local Authority Care panel, overseeing allocations and policy changes alongside other registered managers.

“I have become a technical support/account manager at OnePlan. I loved working in care but was looking for a change moving away from the operational side. OnePlan gave me an unique opportunity to progress my career in a new direction without having to leaving the world of care. So far my favourite aspect of my new role is speaking to other registered managers and care worker professionals on a daily basis, helping them to get OnePlan ready and supporting them to achieve the fundamental standards set by CQC.”.
